Why is it important to communicate effectively within the team? (Private nursery setting)?

Why are effective communications important?

Positive relationships between adults provide excellent role models for the children in their care.
Sharing information is vital for children’s continuity of care, provision of approprite activities based on observations of children and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the children. It is vital that appropriate information is exchanged with parents so necessary for the team to share this to ensure that it is passed on in the absence of the key worker at handover time.
Hope this helps
