    It keeps all involved informed,
Having the understanding of what is said, implied,,,,both or all parties understanding is the key to success,,,,
when there is lack of effective communication,,,people do what they think,,,,not what is….therefore, things get twiated and done incorectly and wreaks havoc on life,,

CAUSE LACK OF COMMUNICATION CAN CAUSE SOME THING TO ACCIDENTLY BE LOOKED OVER .. FOR EXAMPLE : A DOCTOR IS SUPPOSE TO GIVE YOU A PRESCRIPTION FOR PNEUMONIA AT THE LOCAL ER .. BUT , HERE YOU WALK OUT WITH NO MEDICATION ..IT SLIPPED HIS MIND , TO WRITE A PRESCRIPTION CAUSE HE WAS BUSY TALKING WITH ONE OF THE OTHER DOCTORS OR NURSES

If you can’t converse properly with someone, they will get a wrong impression of you. It’s also important to be heard from others and have your opinion and words understood.

Competant communication will not only get you the results you want in a situation, but will also inhance your relationships. Meaningful communication contributes to
physical health, plays a major role in defining our identity, and forms the basis of our social relationships.
    Whats not important about it?

People don’t end up confused! Alot of people make the mistake of talking when they don’t really have anything to say or a point to it…they say things without really knowing what they want to get out of the conversation..and that’s not good. Everyone gets something out of effective communication..we can achieve things together, and that, is something we really need or everyone is going to be screwed.

It’s like when you were a child and did not yet know all the words to get what you wanted, its very fustrating, and hell mom always gave you an orange instead of the cookie you were trying to tell her you wanted. The point is if you do not tell people whats up then who’s to know! We do not read minds .
