C- only when we can ascertain advanced "theory of mind" can we truly sucker the other into what we want them to do or think. Kinda like playing chess: if your opponent can think 5 moves ahead for each of your pieces, you must double that in reverse.
    and here's why:
A- almost every person has "good" communication skills. I would say we only get about 50% of what we want all the time.
B-spending time communicating a misunderstanding is called an arguement and nearly each time ends up in escalation of emotions and complete halt of communication (like an over-heated engine seizes up!)
D-though people speak the same language and can even use "theory of mind" to precieve the situation; it does not mean that an agreement will ensue on the topic. Contrairlywise, they can 'agree' to disagree.

All of the above. Communicating is the art of using language in a social construct to create meaning.
