Humans are the only creation of the God blessed with the power of speech. our ability to communicate in so many does is unique to humans on the earth. Being ‘social animals’ , we often need to put into use our unique ability communicate with fellow beings.
of late, the importance of communication has been magnified. what with world shrinking and distances becoming meaningless, there is an increasing need to communicate and communicate well with people across the globe.
Effecting communication anchors itself on people understanding your meaning and replying in terms that move the exchange forward, preferably in the direction you sould like it to go. communication received from one end and again communicating to other end. ok..what is there? you are receiving a matter and communicating the same matter. Further, i ask what is there ? if it is a type communication, it is just you can forward the same. if anyone wants you to communicate a news or matter which will received in person or phone, the same news or matter should be intimated to concern with leaving a word, since a word itself a matter of importance. This is the actual communication. In this we have to see importantly the following.
Breaking down barriers is one of the first steps towards good communication. Maintaining eye contact, actively listening to what the speaker is saying and ensuring good body language all a long way to communicating successfully.
clarity of thought is of paramount importance before a communication experience can even be initiated. Remember that most messages reach their destination faster than you plan, others may finish your sentences before you do. Delivering the message in a few words to ensure that the message has been clearly and correctly understood. some communications they put more than feelings into our words, they put heart into our communication, making it as convincing as is possible. The importance of communication is that it allows one to come to terms with his emotions and experiences by exchanging knowledge with someone whom has already prevailed over such hardship.
So, what happens when a person prevails over a hardship in which he learns how to deal with all other hardships because of a simple, seemingly pointless truth?
