please give me details of increasing importance of multiculture in business communication?

i have to give a presentation on the above topic. so plz help.

First, in that sentence, you should have used the word multiculturalism. Second, we live in a global economy. If a businessman from Detroit wants to do business with an investor from Tokyo, he needs to have multicultural sensitivity, or else he could lose the potential money. People can have both workers and customers from different cultural backgrounds then they have. If they aren't careful, they could lose many opportunities.
