I was wondering if anyone knew some really bad communication skills for a relationship?

I' am doing a speech tomorrow and I have to do a speech on
how people need good communication in order to have a good relationship. Please help!!

Sarcasm is the number one communication blocker, because it shows that the person being sarcastic doesnt really care what teh other person says to teh point that they dont believe them at all for example:
Me: i ran 1 mile yesterday
Sarcastic guy: i ran to the moon and back

    Yelling at each other instead of sitting down and talking like rational adults. Or just not communicating with each other at all is even worse.

    Someone doing all the talking while the other party doesn't get a word in edgewise, or is pushed into not saying anything and just taking it from the other person.
