    This presentation would be better if it addressed the real issues which is that there more than one modality ( type ) for people to communicate.
    There is no mention of rapport, either verbal,kinaesthetic or auditory.
    No mention of listening skills, because a relationship or a first meeting involves actually discovering what you have in common and areas where there may be issues or challenges…

    While this guy raises some very valid points, he could explain the subject matter more clearly and with more depth.

    Overall an interesting presentation…
