How male and female behave differently?

Do it has any effect in workplace?

I employ both men and women, and the company of which I am a director is insistent upon treating all employees the same, even down to same salaries for same jobs. This makes working relationships so much easier. Everyone in the front office for example, knows I am a lesbian, but never once has this proved a problem for anyone. What it does do, of course, is forestall any potentially embarrassing situations that might arise with guys in the office.

There are many barriers in communication between men and women in the work place as well as everywhere else. Because women are so emotion men usually only want to keep a professional relation ship with women in the work place which usually consists of little or no communication. This in tern makes productivity very slow becuase information cant be transfered between people quickly. The way to fix this would be to hold a staff meeting and explain to all of the employees in the workplace to put aside their differences and get back to work!
