I need to find a couple of good articles from reputable journals or publications about why good communication skills are important in business. Also, why do employers look for applicants that have good communication skills. I have tried numerous searches and am not having any luck. I need this for my class tomorrow.
Does anyone know of a good article? If so, a link to it would be amazing! If not, does anyone know of a good place to look that isn’t one of the main search engines (since I have somewhat exhausted those)?
