i really really like how you presented this topic, Tara. i got a lot out of this, and i am definitely going to refer to this more often. those examples of situations where you can change from angry to assertive communication were really helpful, especially about how to be assertive with your treatment team. i like how you showed that being assertive means speaking up for things that are important to you. great points, Tara!!!!!!!
